All About Me
Hello and welcome! My name is Tasha and I was born and breed in Texas. I started a life long journey of healing work at very young age. I grew up in many unsafe situations. While seeking my own healing I have spent most of my life studying many modalities; psychology, therapy, inner work and deep interpersonal healing to name a few. As a birthing mother I also have spent much time focusing on woman’s studies in the field of pregnancy, birthing and postpartum care. I have always been drawn to learning more about what makes people who they are and helping others navigate life. My adolescent plan going into adulthood was to go to college and become a sports medicine therapist. Life had different plans; I graduated high school a year early to be able to leave my abusive childhood home at seventeen. I got married in 2000 and had my first child two years later. I became dedicated to being the parent I always wanted. After spending many years as a stay at home mother and learning about raising children with a holistic approach I started a farm to family foods coop serving as many as 50 families over the course of 10 years. In 2014 after having two more children I was able to start a journey of guiding woman professionally. Using the many experiences learned from struggling through my own pregnancies, births and postpartum depression/anxiety I spent the next several years guiding woman through those same stages of their life. Being with woman during the most vulnerable part of life is a magical experience and I’m honored to have been able to do it. In 2016 I had my fourth and finally baby. I took nine months of classes through International Doula Institute and was on the path to become a child birth educator, a birth and postpartum doula as well as on track to become IBCLC. Then the circumstances of 2020 halted it all. During that time I was able to dedicate time and energy into diving deeper into my own healing. In 2022 I became a certified Embodied Energetic Practitioner through Arcana Life. Learning more about how the body stores the memories of life’s traumas. I experienced the process of being with the emotions internally and how to move the stored energy that were causing not only my mental and emotional pain but also the physical pain associated with the negative experiences in life. I know now that along with the brain, the body must also be the focus of healing. My passion to help others has extended to helping people navigate all the parts of life both past and present. Guiding people in managing all of life’s hardness. As well as combining my education and knowledge to help women in the throws of pregnancy and postpartum, juggling with the what's next when baby is no long a baby, women past child bearing age navigating finding who they are after raising their families. Additionally working with children struggling with finding their feelings and how to listen to their bodies.
Personally I enjoy any activity with water especially beach vacations. Reading books with a little mystery and thrill. Hiking anytime I have a chance and experience trails anywhere we travel. Spending time with my family who consists of an amazing, hardworking husband who manages our Powersports company, a college age child who will be leaving home soon, three elementary aged children and our little princess pup. You will often find us at motocross tracks around Texas and Oklahoma racing with our team. My favorite place to travel besides anywhere with water is to Sedona. Sedona holds the wisdom and magic of our ancestors. Gods beauty can be found in every single direction.

My greatest hope in this work is to help people find balance in their hearts, minds, body and souls.
