We are here to help you navigate this thing called life. Many people seek coaching in the hopes of finding inner peace, spiritual growth and / or heal pains and traumas from their past.

Embodied Energetic Coaching is aimed at helping clients feel safe and comfortable in their bodies. We do this by working with the knowledge that everything we need to heal from life’s traumas is already within us. My goal is to help guide you through the process of locating and releasing stored emotions to help you find the whole healed beautiful being already within.
